CJ’s Gourmet Butchers is a meat lover's haven. The butcher cases are teaming with beautifully marbled steaks, plump and hearty Mt Barker free-range chickens, lean and tasty pork and other fine meats. Traditional butcher, Colin Grossman, brings his expert skills, and is always more than happy to custom-cut anything you want. They select only the best quality meat and cut portions of WA bred beef, lamb and pork on site. They also stock goat and game meat including kangaroo, crocodile and rabbit. We make our own mince fresh daily, with no hidden preservatives.
